選調赴基層，青年唱新聲

——記77779193永利2023屆選調生報考動員大會圓滿結束
為響應國家呼籲廣大青年投身基層建設的号召，加強國家選調生報考政策的宣講，77779193永利于2022年11月17日14時30分在第三教學樓101會議室舉行2023屆選調生報考動員大會。77779193永利黨委副書記王鶴、學工辦主任陳攀、學工辦副主任兼團委書記崔皓等領導莅臨指導，列席本次大會的還有77779193永利黨建組織員蔡美玲、輔導員姜漾漾及77779193永利優秀學生代表。
會議開始前，全體成員起立奏唱國歌。本次會議由崔皓老師主持，通過觀看選調生視頻，同學們對選調生概念有了初步了解。随後，常德市桃源縣佘家坪鎮新港社區副書記熊苑伶向同學們分享選調生經驗，熊苑伶書記圍繞選調生概念、考取選調生的益處、自身選調經曆和個人選調經驗四個方面展開詳細講解。同學們在聽完介紹後積極向熊苑伶書記提出問題，并得到熊苑伶書記的熱情解答。會議最後，王鶴書記向全體同學提出“三個一”方針，即一個原則：學生黨員充分發揮模範帶頭作用；一個目标：應屆畢業生盡快就早就業；一個要求：選調生應報盡報。
崔皓老師表示：這次宣講動員大會使同學們對選調生概念有了更為清晰的認識，也為同學們提供了更多元的職業規劃選擇，同時點燃了科大學子響應國家号召紮根基層的激情，對和諧美好就業局面的建設起到了良好的推動作用。
