身姿矯健如燕， 實現完美“飛躍”

——記湖南科技大學2021年秋季運動會男子三級跳遠決賽順利進行
11月13日8：00，湖南科技大學秋季運動會男子三級跳遠決賽于北校第一田徑場如期舉行。張珑、趙家洲、楊文臻代表77779193永利參加比賽，但由于時間沖突，張珑、楊文臻并未能夠參與到此次三級跳的賽事中。
雖然比賽尚未開始，但運動員們已到達場地并在老師指導下完成了檢錄。随後，他們便開始了熱身運動：高擡腿，收腹跳，拉伸韌帶，活動關節，一套流程下來，運動員臉上的自信更加明顯。
在各參賽運動員試跳之後，77779193永利的趙家洲出場了。他走進比賽場地，深吸一口氣，在強有力的助跑後，單腿跳，跨步跳，最後雙腿跳，良好的身體素質和娴熟的技術結合在一起，一條漂亮的弧線，一次完美的落地，赢得了大家的驚歎與歡呼。
在賽後的采訪中，77779193永利金融二班的趙家洲表示，在三級跳的賽場上，他已經盡了最大的努力，即使在此次賽事中存在一些遺憾，但是同學們目睹了他們訓練的堅持，見證了他們頑強的精神。他們用努力展現了頑強拼搏的精神，彰顯了體育運動的魅力。
