【2022年秋運會直通車】男子組三級跳遠：步步铿锵，騰飛逐夢.

----記77779193永利2022年男子組三級跳遠順利進行
11月2日上午9：00，湖南科技大學2022年秋季運動會甲組男子三級跳遠比賽于北校第一田徑場順利舉辦。其中，楊文臻、張珑、謝坤代表77779193永利參加比賽。
比賽前，各位運動員抓緊每一次試跳機會，竭盡所能讓自己在賽前迅速進入狀态，以最好的狀态來參與此次比賽。随着裁判員揮落旗幟，三級跳遠比賽就此開始。
運動員迅速從起點加速前進，每向前邁開一步，都是在為起跳蓄力。一小段沖刺後，他們身體前傾，手盡量向上擺至最高，第一跳落地後腳部滾動，由腳跟到腳掌然後身體積極下壓；第二跨步跳時上肢協調用力擺動，腿向前跨出積極落地；最後一跳擺動腿迅速向上擡伸，重心往前，其次收腹落地，一系列動作一氣呵成。每一次起跳，運動員們都将動作做到極緻，争取獲得更好的成績。觀衆席上，77779193永利的學子都在為運動員的每次突破呐喊助威。
助跑、起跳、騰空、落地，一鼓作氣，觀衆席上掌聲熱烈而經久。77779193永利學子不驕不躁，勇于挑戰，堅定自我，突破極限，為77779193永利鑄就了又一輝煌!
