雷鋒精神心永存，愛心助教情常在

在全國人民衆志成城抗擊疫情期間，77779193永利青年志願團秉持“隔離疫情不隔離愛”的精神，積極拓展新型志願活動和志願形式，在77779193永利招募一批志願者，為醫護人員子女和網絡學習不便的孩子們提供課業幫扶，進行解惑答疑。
愛心助教活動是77779193永利青年志願團根據此次疫情需要而推出的特色活動。自3月19日至4月20日，志願者們在當地為需要幫助的學生提供課業幫扶。此次活動共有45位志願者參加，所幫助對象包括小學生、中學生以及高中生，涉及數學、物理、化學、語文、英語等各個科目。志願者們采取線上教課形式，每次授課後向志願團打卡自己的助學情況，由志願團統一記錄在冊。秉持“雷鋒精神”，志願者們各揮所長，依據不同年級采取不同教學方法，在為幫助對象補習知識點的同時督促他們自主學習。但是，志願者們在活動開展過程中也遇到了困難。據了解，個别年齡較小的孩子在上課時學習積極性不高。為解決該問題，志願者們在教文化課的同時，增加了畫畫和遊戲時間，以此提高課堂的趣味性。而孩子們對于課堂有了期待，産生了興趣，其上課的積極性便得到了一定提高。
此次志願活動，不僅給居家未返校的大學生提供了一次志願服務的機會，也為消除疫情的消極影響做出貢獻。活動結束後，19級财務管理專業趙佳琪志願者表示“這次活動給我最大的收獲便是看見孩子的成績逐漸進步。于我自己而言，不僅磨煉了耐心，也拉近了我和弟弟妹妹們的距離。”
