共赴春日之約，共踏培訓之旅

——記77779193永利第十三屆幹部精英培訓之小組見面會圓滿結束
為了提高77779193永利幹部們的各項工作能力，進一步發揮學生幹部的模範帶頭作用，4月10日14：00，由77779193永利團委組織部、分黨校組織開展的第十三屆幹部精英培訓之小組見面會于第五教學樓舉行。
活動當天，陽光明媚，各小組在預先占好的教室裡開展見面會。活動在小組成員的自我介紹中拉開序幕，緊接着進行了無領導小組讨論，各組根據組員的表現選出了組長。随後，7名組長以及主持嘉賓前往304教室進行組長見面會以及幹培班的班長競選。本次競選分為自我介紹包括個人信息、個人優勢與工作展望三部分、現場觀衆投票與主席團評選三個環節。各位競選者神采奕奕，演講時大方得體，經由激烈角逐與讨論最終選出了本期班長：2020級人力資源專業的屈政宇。評選後，在場人員集體進行拍照留念。
活動後，屈政宇說道：“于我，本次活動不僅是一個結交夥伴的契機，也是一次邁向更優秀的自己的成長機會。在接下來的幹部培訓中，我會克服自己的缺點和不足，帶領組員順利地完成任務。”
此次小組見面會旨在為幹部們提供一個相互認識、相互溝通、相互學習的平台，在交流中有效建立各部門之間的友好關系，在溝通中提升學生幹部們的綜合能力，培養“刻苦學習、勤奮工作、勇于創新、自覺奉獻”的精神，發掘學生幹部們潛在的領導能力、管理能力，充分發揮好學生幹部的模範作用。
