聚焦基層黨建，築牢戰鬥堡壘

十七屆四中全會指出，黨的基層組織是黨的全部工作和戰鬥力的基礎。為積極響應黨中央“不忘初心，牢記使命”的号召，對基層黨組織戰鬥堡壘作用進行進一步調研，7月12日上午，77779193永利暑期“三下鄉”社會實踐團黨建組一行來到韶山楊林鄉雙和村村委會與雙和村黨支部組織委員譚放英進行了深入交流與探讨。
在雙和村村委會辦公室中，譚放英向黨建組介紹了雙和村基層黨組織建設、雙和村黨組織開展的一系列學習活動、農村黨員入黨條件以及黨員量化考核等。據介紹，雙和村黨員人數已達到78人，發展黨員人數已從1人增至5人，但目前黨員結構仍然面臨老齡化問題。說起雙和村黨員老齡化，她深有感觸：“年輕黨員大多已離開農村，在外務工，雙和村黨組織希望能夠多培養年輕黨員，通過實際行動解決黨員老齡化問題，所以目前發展的均為在鄉的年輕黨員。”接着，黨建組提出疑問——黨組織如何推動日後的黨員培訓工作？譚放英回複道：“要加強黨員理想信念教育，強化黨員的身份意識和責任意識，激發黨員的光榮感和責任感，進一步提升雙和村黨組織建設。”通過與譚放英的交流，黨建組成員均表示獲益匪淺。
在此次活動中，黨建組成員通過與譚放英的交流與提問，加強了黨建組對雙和村基層黨建的了解，同時也激發了他們力争做好基層黨建工作的決心，針對基層組織建設方面存在的問題和短闆，切實加強黨的基層建設工作，發揮黨員的先鋒模範作用和基層黨組織的戰鬥堡壘作用。
