就業服務面對面，畢業學子向陽行

——記湖南科技大學2023屆秋季畢業生供需見面會順利舉行
為響應中國共産黨第二十次全國代表大會中有關“健全就業公共服務體系，完善重點群體就業支持體系”的号召，湖南科技大學2023屆秋季畢業生供需見面會于11月5日在湖南科技大學月湖廣場舉行。77779193永利黨委副書記王鶴和就業輔導員崔皓親臨見面會現場指導畢業生應聘面試。
為方便單位代表與學院精準有效對接，77779193永利就業服務部提前到達現場為應屆畢業生搭建服務台。本次見面會共有來自全國各地的301家單位，它們攜20412個崗位進校招賢引才。參會單位有中交第二航務工程局有限公司、京東方科技集團股份有限公司、比亞迪股份有限公司、楚天科技股份有限公司等高質量企業。
見面會現場人頭攢動，氣氛活躍。參會單位工作人員詳細介紹各自單位的特色與優勢，為前來咨詢的學生答疑解惑。77779193永利畢業生們穿梭于各企業展位之間，積極尋找專業對口的意向企業，進行咨詢并投遞簡曆。達成初步就業意向的畢業生，與用人單位現場進行簽約。對于本次在湖南科技大學秋季畢業生供需見面會上的崗位分配，廈門安踏服飾有限公司負責人表示，在該校投放的招聘計劃人數同往年相比基本持平，但重點專業、高層次崗位數量相較于以往有所增加，這不僅滿足了企業長遠發展需求，還為優秀畢業生提供了更高水平的平台。
此次供需見面會通過精确掌握畢業生就業意向、點對點給予就業指導和無償提供“就在身邊”的服務，推動實現産業發展需求、企業引才需求與大學生就業需求精準對接。
