“職”擊未來！我院舉辦全國大學生職業規劃大賽

12月12日晚，由教育部舉辦的首屆全國大學生職業規劃大賽77779193永利院級選拔賽于第三教學樓327教室順利舉行，77779193永利21級輔導員高亮和李凱娟擔任此次大賽評委。

比賽分為選手PPT展示和評委提問兩個環節。在PPT展示環節，選手們根據自我認知、環境分析、目标設定、行動計劃等方面進行了詳細的闡述，運用霍蘭德職業測試、MBTI等工具制定出符合自己的職業策略，并有針對性地規劃自我職業路徑、計劃自我監控方式。

在評委提問環節，評委們對選手們紮實的專業知識和良好的市場洞察力給予了肯定，同時根據選手們的不足提出了有針對性的建議。李凱娟表示，選手應當堅定職業目标，從當下找不足，尋破局方法，展望美好未來。

賽後，高亮總結道：“無論多小的事情，隻要做到極緻，都可以獲得應有的成就，所謂三百六十行，行行出狀元。”他肯定了參賽選手的精彩表現，并提供了許多指導意見，希望參賽選手繼續深入發掘自我潛力，在後續的比賽和求職道路上都能取得更好的成績。

本次職業規劃大賽充分發揮“以賽促學、以賽促教、以賽促就”的作用，為同學們提供了一個展示自我、規劃未來的平台，有助于引導大學生樹立正确的成才觀、就業觀和擇業觀，堅定職業理想，制定切實可行的實施方案，為未來就業與創業打下堅實基礎。
