愛心導診開心顔，助人樂善志如磐

2020年12月18日14:30，77779193永利青年志願團在湘潭市中心醫院開展愛心導診活動，與校内志願者們一起為活動貢獻力量。本次活動緻力于幫助病患處理在挂号繳費等過程中遇到的困難，減輕醫護人員的工作量。
當日下午，本次愛心導診活動的帶隊隊長周萌與志願者乘坐公交車準時來到市中心醫院。在護士姐姐的耐心指導下，志願者的認真學習下，他們很快掌握了基本的操作流程，有條不絮地開展各自的志願服務。面對前來就診的病患，志願者們帶着高昂的熱情，積極主動地幫助患者使用自助挂号機進行挂号、取号、繳費等操作，并引導他們準确地找到就診地。同時，在化驗單打印機前的志願者也熱心引導焦急等待結果的患者及家屬們打印化驗單。
下午17：00，本次志願活動圓滿結束，志願者同護士在志願者服務站前合影留戀。此外，醫院為了感謝志願者們的幫助，在活動結束後，向他們提供了醫院食堂的免費晚餐。事後，志願者謝星權在采訪中說道：“當我穿上紅色志願者馬甲時，我很興奮，感受到了巨大的責任感。我希望能有越來越多的人參與到愛心導診及其它此類活動中來，為社會美好發展添磚加瓦。”
在兩個半小時的志願服務工作中，志願者們用實際行動為病人提供了幫助，送去了溫暖與關懷，提高了就診效率，營造了文明有序的就醫環境。同時，志願者們也頗有感觸，深切地體會到了醫院工作的繁瑣與辛勞，對醫護人員的不易有了更深層次的理解。
