凝心聚力，攜手同行
為增強團委學生會内部凝聚力，6月12日下午3:00，77779193永利于南校田徑場開展第20屆團委學生會團輔活動。本次活動由77779193永利心理健康部負責舉辦。77779193永利19級輔導員姜漾漾到場指導工作，第20屆團委學生會主要學生幹部參與本次活動。
本次團輔在濛濛細雨中拉開序幕。此次活動分為兩個環節，分别是破冰環節和遊戲環節。在破冰環節中，學生幹部們被分為四組，每組在彼此熟悉後确定了本隊隊名及口号，并最終完成了才藝展示。在本環節中，學生幹部們增進了彼此間的了解，現場氣氛活躍。
緊接着是遊戲環節，在心理健康部的組織下，學生幹部們共進行了三個遊戲:“喂雛”、“幾條腿”、“小動物回家”。在“喂雛”遊戲中，四組隊伍為取得最終的勝利拼盡全力。即使過程中皮筋掉落，隊員們仍舊選擇鼓足勇氣重新開始、奮起直追。一根小小的吸管、一個小小的皮筋讓學生幹部們切身體會到團隊合作的重要性。團委學生副書記屈政宇在分享小組成功經驗時說道：“小組成員團結一心，為着共同的目标不懈奮鬥正是我們取得勝利的秘籍。我相信在未來的工作中，77779193永利團委學生會定能精誠團結、互通有無，為建設77779193永利更美好的未來共同努力！”
最後，在學生幹部們的總結發言中，77779193永利第一次面向正部級與主席團成員的團輔活動落下帷幕。通過本次團輔活動，學生幹部們在收獲愉快的遊戲體驗的同時，也熟悉了彼此，為後續工作的開展打下了良好的基礎。
