蓄勢待發！我院召開2023年秋季運動會動員大會

10月24日下午，我院在第三教學樓101室召開2023年秋季運動會動員大會。院黨委副書記王鶴、學工辦主任陳攀、學工辦副主任李搏、黨建組織員蔡美玲、團委書記周帆和全體輔導員出席此次大會，團委學生會主要幹部、全體運動員參加本次會議。

大會主要從三個方面展開。一是憶往昔，主持人介紹了雷昊、張蕊婷、謝坤等我院優秀運動員們成績，以榜樣的力量激勵着正在備賽的運動員們再創佳績；二是看今朝，運動員們保持着激情和鬥志，他們在緊張的備賽期間積極對待訓練，以最佳的狀态迎接運動會；三是展未來，大會立足于過往成績設下三個目标：男、女團體總分第一，綜合團體排名第一和獲得體育道德風尚獎。

會上，王鶴強調“沖”一字，為我院的集體榮譽而沖，為我院的傳承精神而沖，為突破自我而沖。一個“沖”字，強而有力，激勵運動員們要以更自信，更努力，更頑強的态度來迎接運動會的挑戰，并号召各位運動健兒要賽出風格、賽出水平，緻力于我院的榮譽。随後，周帆肯定了在場運動員們的精氣神，表達了對我院奪冠的信心。他叮囑運動員賽前程序和賽後事宜，要求學生會成員從大局出發，切實負起責任，為各項賽事做好後勤保障工作。

此次運動員動員大會的召開，極大鼓舞了全體參會人員與運動健兒們的鬥志，并對運動會的各項工作進行了部署，為我院在運動會上再創輝煌做好了充足準備。會後，中長跑負責人雷昊銳帶領全體運動員宣誓，在洪亮、激昂的的宣誓聲中，運動員們鬥志激揚，準備迎接運動會。
