5·25我愛我，心理健康伴我行

——記77779193永利心理健康周擺點宣傳活動順利舉行
為鍛煉學生心理素質、提高心理承受能力，全方位加強心理健康教育，77779193永利心理健康教育服務部于5月25日11：40在立德樓前組織、開展心理健康周擺點宣傳活動。
此次擺點宣傳活動開設了四個遊戲項目：眼疾手快、細節大考驗、默契大挑戰和接龍大挑戰。活動現場，工作人員熱情地為同學們講解遊戲規則，并指導同學們進行遊戲。遊戲過程中，同學們始終以飽滿的熱情參與其中，積極參與每一個遊戲，讓擺點處充滿了歡聲笑語。在遊戲“默契大挑戰”中，心理健康教育服務部為同學們創造了一個輕松、彼此尊重信任的氛圍，其中一名同學以畫圖的形式表達題目的内容，再由搭檔的另一名同學猜出題目内容，根據答對的題目數量獲得不同的獎勵，不僅激發了同學們參與活動的興趣，也增強了同學們團結協作、相互配合的意識。其中，同學們參與最多的遊戲是“眼疾手快”，遊戲開始參與者便全神貫注地盯着盒裡的彈珠，兩手緊握筷子，小心地夾着一顆又一顆彈珠，慢慢地越夾越快，不一會兒就将盒子裡的彈珠全部夾完了。活動結束後，同學們相互分享獲取的獎品，讨論遊戲訣竅，在繁忙的學習中獲得放松。
本次宣傳活動内容豐富、針對性強，通過開展一系列内容豐富、參與性強的活動，普及大學生心理健康知識，喚起同學們對精神健康的關注，形成了理解、接納、關愛的學習氛圍。
