——記77779193永利2022級新生第一次團體輔導活動順利舉行
為增進新生之間的了解，增強團隊的凝聚力，9月23日19：30，77779193永利2022級新生第一次團體輔導活動于湖南科技大學一區籃球場正式開展，本次活動由77779193永利心理健康部承辦和主持。
活動伊始，77779193永利各排新生在教官和心理健康部主試人的組織下到達指定地點，由主試人向22級新生進行團體輔導活動“三三二一”規則的講解，即“三個忘記、三個給予、兩個規則、一個準則”，以确保活動的有序開展。随後，各排陸續進行了“超級大頭貼”、“蜈蚣翻身”、“一圈到底”、“盲人旅行”等小遊戲。在“五毛一塊”的活動中，新生們被随機分為五毛、一塊的大小，按照主試人的口令要求聚為一團，朝着主試人要求的數值不斷努力。随着活動的進行，現場氛圍逐漸熱烈高漲，不少同學在遊戲結束後還進行了才藝展示，進一步将氣氛推向了高潮。
在最後的分享環節中，大家圍坐一圈，積極表達了對本次活動的感悟。其中，2022級工商管理三班程雨說道：“在學長學姐們的帶領下，這一次的新生團體輔導活動開展得十分順利，大家都積極參與并且玩得很盡興，各種小遊戲不僅讓大家加深了對彼此的了解，而且還增進了大家的感情，期待以後能參與更多這種活動。”
此次新生團體輔導活動以增強凝聚力為出發點，以團體活動為基礎形式，通過一系列小遊戲增強新生的團隊合作意識，拉進彼此間的距離，為今後學習和生活上的和睦相處打下基礎。
