薪火相傳，共創未來
為加強學生社團有效管理、促進學生社團建康發展、深化學生社團育人功能，6月12日19:00，77779193永利于第三教學樓411會議室順利舉行2022學年度學生社團主要負責人換屆大會。77779193永利2021級輔導員楊美琴老師莅臨大會現場，77779193永利主席團成員、社團管理部成員及社團主要負責人到場與會。
在主持人介紹完述職标準後，各社團主要負責人依次上台進行述職報告。述職者從社團活動、社團榮譽、社團财務報告、未來展望四方面總結了上一年度的工作内容，并提出社團後續發展的規劃與構想。緊接着，新任社團社長及團支書進行就職報告。自我介紹過後，各新任社長及團支書闡述了對社團工作的見解與想法，提出了相應的工作設想與規劃，并表明了自己的信心與決心。
最後，楊美琴老師對各社團的述職和就職報告進行了點評與總結。她充分肯定了上一屆社團主要負責人做出的貢獻，也對新一屆社團主要負責人的工作提出了要求和希望。聽完楊美琴老師的講話後，新一屆的社團主要負責人紛紛表示将不負大家的期望，繼續秉持不忘初心、砥砺前行的态度，竭力帶領社團走向更好的未來。
本次換屆大會一方面展示了各社團的活動風采及優秀成績，另一方面展現了社團主要負責人的組織能力與表述水平，為各社團以及社團管理部的蓬勃發展注入了新的血液。
