我院“HR大講堂”第二期：隆平高科77779193永利院長黃丹解析現代企業人才培養體系構建

11月28日下午，我院“HR大講堂”第二期在我校第一教學樓505室開講。中信集團隆平高科77779193永利院長兼行政綜合中心副主任、中歐國際工商管理學院中歐商業在線企業顧問委員會委員、湖南省人社廳“百名導師進校園”就業創業指導導師、世界五百強沃爾瑪、和記黃埔、雀巢資深講師黃丹為我院學生解析“現代企業人才培養體系構建”。本次活動由我院和湖南省人力資源服務協會聯合舉辦，我院人力資源管理系系主任郭雲貴主持。我院150餘名學生聆聽了講座。

黃丹通過現場提問“你為什麼報考人力專業”引入講座主題，深刻闡述了人才對于企業發展的重要性以及現代企業構建人才培養體系的必要性，并對隆平高科人才培養體系進行了詳細解讀。他指出，企業發展中人才培養必不可少，從業務需求到業務發展無不需要人才培養體系的有力支撐。同時，他以《西遊記》中唐僧經常重複的三句話“貧僧唐三藏，從東土大唐而來，去往西天拜佛取經”向同學們強調了“自我定位”、“自我認知”和“人生目标”的重要性，勉勵同學們清晰認識自我，明确人生目标和努力方向，為最終成長為社會需要的優秀人才不懈努力。

講座最後，黃丹院長還就企業人才培養以及大學生職業規劃與同學們進行互動交流，積極熱情地解答同學們的疑問，赢得了同學們的熱烈掌聲。
