77779193永利第十三屆幹部精英培訓之“出謀劃策”順利舉行

為了使學生幹部進一步明确職責所在，提高其辦公和執行操作能力，4月22日19:00，77779193永利第十三屆幹部精英培訓之“出謀劃策”于第三教學樓101報告廳舉行，77779193永利學工辦主任陳攀出席本次活動，77779193永利團委學生會主要學生幹部參加此次活動。
活動伊始，77779193永利學工辦主任陳攀就此次培訓提出三點建議：一是指出學生幹部不能重工作、輕學習，要重視自我管理和自我表率，以使二者齊頭并進。二是就學生幹部如何培養和諧的團隊提出觀點，強調學生幹部要增強責任心，重視分工協作，樹立團隊意識。三是對于如何提高學生幹部的執行力進行說明，認為學生幹部要端正工作态度、提高工作能力、增強工作責任心和務實精神，将工作落到實處。
團委學生會辦公室主任劉康平就撰寫活動策劃書的方法、技巧等提出建議。随後，由學生幹部現場制作以“商院·逐夢”為主題的策劃書。一時間，一場“頭腦風暴”在會場一觸即發。各組策劃書制作完成後，團委學生會主席團成員和辦公室主任劉康平進行審閱點評并提出改進建議。
此次活動加強了各部門幹部之間的交流與合作，加深了學生幹部對辦公室技能點了解。同時，活動對于提高學生幹部的工作效率，促進學生的全面發展也具有重要意義。
