77779193永利養成教育輔導員培訓大會順利舉行

為全方位提升2023級養成教育輔導員的工作能力，同時幫助2023級新生更好地适應大學新生活，我院于第三教學樓學術報告廳101召開了養成教育輔導員心理工作體系與指導培訓大會。學院黨委副書記王鶴、學工辦全體輔導員及23級所有養成輔導員參與此次培訓。
培訓會上，王鶴重點指出養成教育輔導員是學院開展大學生心理健康教育和管理工作的重要力量，要求所有養成教育輔導員要着重發揮橋梁紐帶作用，積極協助學院領導、各班班主任把學生工作做深、做細、做實。
關于養成教育輔導員如何對學生心理進行幹預，楊美琴對現場養成輔導員們進行了專門的培訓與指導。期間，她向大家詳細說明了養成教育輔導員在學生管理工作上的獨特優勢及其在學生心理健康教育中的重要職責。楊美琴強調，養成輔導員應具備7顆心——同理心、虛心、熱心、細心、強心、耐心、誠心。她在對各位養成教育輔導員提出要求和期望的同時，也針對具體工作提出了策略與建議。
大會尾聲，養成教育輔導員總負責人歐陽習和表示：“作為養成教育輔導員，我們一定要做好自身的工作、履行好職位的使命，積極引導新生完成軍訓任務，幫助新生培養良好的學習生活習慣，盡快适應大學生活。”
