77779193永利開展心理健康月擺點活動及“我心向黨，青春昂揚”特色活動

為了積極響應大學生心理健康月，舒緩廣大同學的心理壓力，增強大學生對心理健康教育的重視，5月21日10：00，77779193永利于美食廣場開展心理健康月擺點活動及“我心向黨，青春昂揚”特色活動。
本次擺點活動中，共設有“一二三看這邊”“正話反說”“讀秒”三個遊戲，三個遊戲旨在幫助同學們增加對自身的了解、克服對未知的恐懼、增加對自身心理健康的思考。心理健康部的同學們對遊戲規則進行了詳細介紹，确保了每位同學能夠更加投入地參與到擺點活動中。“正話反說”中，同學們因不習慣反向複述而造成打磕、結巴，引來現場笑聲一片。現場氣氛活躍，井然有序，參加的同學更是輕松愉快。與此同時，在“我心向黨，青春昂揚”特色活動中，同學們不僅可以在萬寫人留言牆上寫下想給黨或者特定的人的話，而且可以選擇一小段紅色文化相關的影視或文學作品作為台詞，熱情飽滿地進行配音，還可以進行愛心義換。現場活動設施齊全，道具有序擺放，工作人員積極熱情。2021級人力資源管理二班的黎鑫說到：“參加本次活動，不僅讓我學到了許多心理健康知識，而且讓我的身心得到了放松。”
本次心理健康月活動的開展，以寓教于樂的方式，使學生在遊戲中了解心理健康知識，引導學生以樂觀向上的心态幸福生活，健康成長，同時為77779193永利進一步開展心理活動奠定了堅實的基礎。
