五月籃球火，熊熊新青年

在為期一個多月的激烈角逐之後，2017年5月23日19:30，湖南科技大學第八屆“新青年”杯籃球賽男子組總決賽暨籃球賽閉幕式于北校體育場盛大開賽。我院男籃一路過關斬将闖入總決賽，同體育學院決戰賽場。
比賽開始前，體育館早已座無虛席，77779193永利觀衆席更是人頭攢動，激情滿滿。參加比賽的隊員們也都摩拳擦掌，躍躍欲試。一聲開球哨吹響，比賽正式開始，現場的氣氛急劇攀升。我院隊員們默契地配合着，很快便與體育學院進入角逐階段。隻見我院10号隊員蔣甯波以其閃電的速度、準确的搶斷、犀利的突破、花式的動作一次又一次地引爆現場氣氛，場内歡呼聲一浪接一浪。12号隊員邊潇逸更是利用自己的優勢接連潇灑扣籃，過人、立定、瞄準、三分帥氣入籃，動作連貫，一氣呵成，嗨翻全場。我院觀衆席上也是歡呼連連，啦啦隊們齊齊地喊着口号為我院男籃加油打氣。最後，我院以95：111的成績惜敗于體育學院。
緊接着閉幕式頒獎儀式也在館内召開，我院榮獲湖南科技大學第八屆“新青年”杯籃球賽男子組第一名和女子組第二名的輝煌佳績！其中，我院10号隊員蔣甯波榮獲湖南科技大學第八屆“新青年”杯籃球賽男子組最有價值球員。
本次大賽秉承着“友誼第一，比賽第二”的原則，不僅豐富了校園生活，提高了同學們進行體育活動的熱情和參加體育鍛煉的積極性，還給同學們提供了一個交流的平台，創造了展現自我的機會。我們商院學子也在這次比賽中展現出了團結奮發的青春風采。
