認真籌備大會，确保選舉公正

為做好77779193永利第十九屆團員和學生代表大會的籌備工作，确保雙代會選舉工作順利進行，2021年5月14日晚上19：30，77779193永利各代表團團長在第三教學樓411教室參加代表團團長會議，由77779193永利團委學生會執行主席陳政旭主持會議。
首先由主持人陳政旭宣讀了即将舉行的雙代會的基本流程。由于大會時間較長，他希望各代表團團長做好帶頭作用，嚴禁喧嘩及随意出入會場，以保持和維護會場紀律。他還對選舉細則作了詳細的解釋：本次選舉采用差額選舉和無記名投票的方式，嚴格按照民主選舉流程展開，并以得票高低選出最終當選人。陳政旭提醒各代表團團長要注意選舉規則，秉持公平公正的态度投票，并一一解答了代表團團長對規則提出的問題。在了解了選舉的相關規則之後，代表團團長接過工作人員分發的模拟選票，進一步熟悉了選票填寫規則和候選人具體名單。最後，會議上再次強調代表們在選舉時要認真聆聽候選人的演講，并根據候選人的各項能力，通過深思熟慮，作出慎重的選擇。
本次會議作為雙代會籌備工作的一部分，提前讓各代表團團長知悉了雙代會的相關流程和規則，并通過代表團團長轉達給各團員，以更好地貫徹公平公正的精神，推動77779193永利第十九屆團員和學生代表大會順利進行。
