心理遇險不要急 朋輩互助解難題

2016年12月15日12：30，第一教學樓104教室内人頭攢動，我院的心理委員暨寝室長大會在衆人期待的目光之中緩緩拉開了序幕。此次活動由我院心理健康教育服務部主辦，特邀彭立春老師講授相關心理互助知識。
會上，彭立春老師通過ppt課件向在座的心理委員和寝室長詳細地介紹了“朋輩互助互助員”。彭老師先後講述了“朋輩心理互助員”的定義、工作特點、優勢和應具備的素質等内容，并特意列出需要關注的特殊人群共12種以供參考。在此基礎上，老師還教導各位如何做出正确的角色定位以及如何正确處理身邊的“心理危機”事件。
彭立春老師的講授别具一格，豐富的面部表情和肢體語言為枯燥的理論知識增添了不少趣味，教室内時不時爆發出陣陣大笑。講授接近尾聲時，一段關于年輕人成長過程的搞笑短視頻在引得大家捧腹大笑的同時也在揭示着成長路上的種種道理。
“朋輩輔導員會一直傾情陪伴！”會議的最後，彭老師向在場各位溫馨告白道。會議結束後，心理健康教育服務部的副部長朱偉旋說道：“每當談論有關心理健康事項的時候，我們很多人可能都會去想‘抑郁’‘壓抑’‘悲傷’‘受挫’等這些詞，但聽了彭老師的講解，感覺心理健康也可以談論的這麼有趣。心理健康遠不是什麼空中樓閣，它就發生在我們身邊，發生在我們每個人身上。我們不能把它想的太遠，恰恰相反，我們需要時刻去關注它，讓它成為我們内心的正能量。”
