湖南科技大學沙盤模拟大賽初賽拉開帷幕

2016年11月26日8時，湖南科技大學沙盤模拟大賽初賽在三教五樓（509、510、512、513、514）正式開始。
沙盤模拟經營是一種新型的教育方式，能訓練學生認知企業、熟悉業務和管理企業方面的能力，提高學生的就業能力和團隊意識。
本次比賽采取團隊競賽的方式。參賽成員包括14級和15級選手，共5個區，每個區12支隊伍。每支參賽隊伍由五名成員組成，分别為企業中的總經理、财務總監、運營總監、營銷總監以及宣傳總監五個角色。通過模拟經營企業，與其他參賽隊伍在同一市場環境下展開經營競争。比賽結束後将從每個區中選出兩個最優秀的團隊來進入到複賽和決賽。
比賽過程中，各選手充分發揮團體合作精神，相互讨論，合理分工。并将自身所掌握的企業運營管理知識運用到比賽中。同時，負責本次比賽的人員也積極地幫助大家在操作上的難題。
