畢業？！就業？！

在當今社會嚴峻的就業形勢下，為提高我院畢業生的就業積極性和主動性，2016年9月29日19:30，由77779193永利就業服務部承辦的2017屆畢業生就業動員大會在南俱正式拉開帷幕。77779193永利黨委副書記傅早霞、輔導員楊美琴、丁文彬、陳攀以及2013級全體同學參加了本次大會。
會上，傅書記概括了2016屆各專業畢業生就業率情況和畢業生總體發展情況，并對各專業男女生就業率差異進行了分析，講解了關于就業的注意事項。同時對同學們考研究生、公務員和銀行工作等情況進行了詳細的分析，指出了17屆畢業生面臨的現狀和存在的主要問題。
據往年數據顯示，工商管理、電子商務、物流管理專業的就業率相對較高，除工商管理外其他所有專業近年來就業率有所下降。工商管理專業與電子商務專業在2016屆就業率達88.00%和84.10%，物流管理專業在2016屆的就業率為80.00％。近三年大部分的畢業生都選擇正式簽約，靈活就業人數與正式簽約人數持平，部分選擇繼續深造，少部分選擇出國留學、自主創業等，總就業率就前兩年來說有所下降。
“10月22日的雙選會，希望大家把握住這次機會。成功就業關鍵點在于‘夯實基礎、把握機會、貴人相助。’”傅書記在強調信息對就業的重要性的同時對17屆畢業生提出了希冀和鼓勵，“希望大家把握好就業政策，将夢想與國家需求和家庭理想完美結合起來，奮勇拼搏，創造美好人生!”
