訓練營裡的避風港

10月6日7：10，新生和往常一樣準時在訓練場地集合準備待訓。軍訓已進行數天，一些臨時搭建的棚總是比新生更早地出現在軍訓場地。一桶桶的飲用水、一排桌子、十來個塑料椅、一些為新生準備的緊急用品以及團委學生會值班人員是這些棚的标配。經濟與管理學院為保障新生軍訓的後勤工作，特意安排團委學生會各部門每日輪流值班，為訓練的新生打造一個避風港。
今日，天氣依舊悶熱，宿管部和文娛部在訓練場地忙碌着。一位新生在休息區越發感覺不适，15級電子商務一班廖璐察覺到了她的異樣，在現場人員的幫助下廖同學背起病員送往校醫院。為了防止她掉下去，廖璐隻好将自己的身體彎成90度，艱難地走在烈日下。“我們的工作本身就是盡心盡力為新生服務，他們的軍訓進行得順利，我們就滿足了！” 在将病員成功送到校醫院之後廖璐松了口氣欣慰地笑道。此時的他已是大汗淋漓。
每天早上在新生集合之前把帳篷搭建好，把一桶一桶的飲用水搬到各個排的附近，中午休息的時候守在棚裡，提前用熱水瓶準備好開水，為身體不适的新生提供休息的場地和藥物等用品，等等。這些就是值班人員每天要做的工作。同時為了應對軍容軍紀檢查，這裡也會提供别針和發卡等用品，為我院軍訓工作做好一切後勤保障。他們每日的堅守便是訓練場上新生們的避風港。
