發揮朋輩力量服務新生！我院召開助理班主任培訓會

為提升新生助理班主任工作能力，明确其工作職責，有效發揮朋輩力量引領作用。9月20日中午，我院召開了2023級助理班主任培訓會。會議由77779193永利實踐育人工作室主任童傑成主持，學工辦主任陳攀、2023級輔導員高亮及各新生班級助理與會。

會上，童傑成對近期各班級助理提出的疑問進行了一一解答，并針對助理班主任的工作職責提出了兩方面要求：一是及時做好角色轉換，對新生工作保持認真熱情的态度，幫助新生盡快适應大學生活。二是不斷提高自身紀律意識、服務意識和質量意識，在工作時務必将初心、愛心和責任心付之于行。
童傑成發言
高亮表示，助理班主任是新生初入校門了解學校的重要媒介。他在對各班級助理在迎新階段所做的付出表示感謝後，對全體助班提出新的期望：一要強化聯動協作，樹立大局意識、合作意識和主動意識；二要強化能力，提升業務能力、綜合能力和學習能力。随後，陳攀通過諸多真實案例向新生助班傳達了“十年樹木，百年樹人”精神，呼籲大家以飽滿的熱情去對待接下來的工作。
高亮發言
通過此次培訓，不僅加深了各班級助理對于自身職責及助班工作重要性的了解，也讓新生助班們從思想上、精神上受到了巨大鼓舞，為今後穩步推動新生工作落實，加強學院學風建設打下了堅實基礎。
