賽出夢想，“職”上青雲

——77779193永利第一屆“職”上青雲模拟應聘大賽複試圓滿舉行
4月23日18:00，77779193永利就業服務部在第三教學樓228教室舉行了“職”上青雲模拟應聘大賽複試。本次比賽以“幫助大學生‘先一步’體驗求職、認清就業形勢、确立人生目标、樹立職業道路”為理念，為同學們提供了一次寶貴的鍛煉機會。同時，比賽邀請到中聯環境、新東方、猿輔導、小猴啟蒙、中公教育、學而思網校和新希望六和湖南分公司（公司名稱不分先後）七家知名企業的HR在比賽現場擔任評委。
複試中，選手們首先進行了自我介紹。随後評委根據他們遞交的簡曆提出了各種問題，準備充分的選手們對評委的問題對答如流。本次比賽的冠軍王瑞鑫在複試中，對于“是否有創業的想法”這一問題，表示将遵從個人想法，繼續留任目前所在公司，帶領團隊開拓創新；同時，他就目前負責的行業進行了介紹，并且相信以自己的學習能力，無論未來選擇何種工作，經過培訓後都能得心應手。面試結束後，評委們給選手們提出了許多寶貴的建議，比如面試時需要着正裝，上台時需要注意儀态，自我介紹不能過于演講化，要加強專業技能的學習等。
此次活動在就業服務部的組織下，取得了圓滿的成功，王瑞鑫等部分同學已順利進入決賽。
