77779193永利志願者前往湘潭市中心醫院進行愛心導診

陽光正好，微風不燥。12月13日14:30，77779193永利的志願者們前往湘潭市中心醫院開展志願導診服務，為市民們提供愛心幫助。
愛心導診活動是77779193永利青年志願團的常規活動之一，每周二和周五的下午，負責人都會帶領志願者們前往湘潭市中心醫院，穿上志願服，為醫院患者提供及時的幫助。志願活動期間，各志願者們在服務地點就位，耐心的回答患者們的問題，幫助、引導患者及其家屬使用微信公衆号進行線上挂号、繳費、信息查詢，當遇到自己無法解答的專業難題時，志願者們及時向醫院護士進行詢問，極大程度上緩解了醫院緊張的就醫情況，對醫患關系的改善也做出了巨大的幫助。耐心解答、引導就診、幫扶老人，整個活動過程志願者們一直堅守在崗位，行為舉止遵守志願服務準則，為市民們提供最優質溫暖的志願服務，引來就診人員的連連稱贊。
17:00志願服務結束後，中心醫院團委負責人榮發園老師寄語志願者：“要把志願服務與大學生活相融，多多參與志願活動，用真摯的心對待志願活動，并多多鼓勵身邊的同學們加入志願者的大家庭！”
