【軍訓特輯】以團輔助力大學關系，用快樂适應嶄新環境

為幫助新生更好地适應大學生活，提升團隊向心力、凝聚力和戰鬥力，9月23日晚，77779193永利心理健康部将新生适應活動前置化，以軍訓為契機，面向77779193永利2023級新生于學校體文廣場開展了第一次朋輩團體輔導活動。

本次團輔活動在熱身遊戲“高速呼啦圈”中拉開序幕，在各位主試們的熱情帶領下，新生們漸漸進入狀态。在“不倒森林”的遊戲環節中，同學們需要手持杆子圍成圈，通過快速移動到下一位置保持該位置的杆子不倒，十分考驗參與者的配合度與反應力。遊戲過程中，大家笑語連連，好不樂乎。

趣味遊戲“吸管大作戰”與競技型遊戲“搶水瓶”也激起了同學們極大的興趣，場内氣氛逐漸活躍。他們暫時忘記了面對新環境的不适應和面對新同學的拘束感，相互給予隊友掌聲和微笑，團隊配合默契，團結統一。“第一次在科大這麼輕松愉快地玩遊戲，能感受到同學間的關系更加親近了，希望在今後的學習生活中也能和同學們攜手共進。”大家紛紛感歎道。

此次團輔活動的順利舉行，不僅在短時間内拉近了新生之間的距離，營造了和諧友好的集體氛圍，還鍛煉了新生們的團隊協作能力和組織協調能力。下一步，我院将持續關注新生動态，貼近實際需求，為他們提供更多有針對性的幫助和支持，助力新生開啟大學新征程。
