企業宣講進校園，校企合作促就業
為進一步深化校企合作，共同搭建校企合作育人平台，拓寬畢業生就業渠道，5月30日15:00，77779193永利在第三教學樓411室順利開展方正證券湘潭韶山中路證券營業部宣講活動。方正證券湘潭韶山中路證券公司副總經理胡盛、HR羅烨、77779193永利金融國貿系系主任潘竟成、就業輔導員李搏出席本次會議，77779193永利各年級學生代表參與本次會議。
宣講中，公司HR羅烨通過播放一系列精彩的幻燈片詳細介紹了方正證券的發展現狀及規模。接着，羅烨就同學們最關心的工資、福利以及員工關系和個人發展等問題進行了詳細的解答。在答疑交流環節，胡盛副總經理詳細回答了現場同學提出的每一個問題。其中，一名同學提問：“在年輕人渴望前往大城市就業的浪潮下，地處湘潭的方正證券是如何做到留住人才的呢？”胡盛副總經理說：“方正證券湘潭韶山中路證券公司可以為大家提供一個展示自我的平台，在薪酬上我們公司是上不封頂的，希望能以此激勵公司員工。”
此次宣講活動讓更多的同學了解到方正證券的企業文化、人才需求與發展前景，為77779193永利的同學們提供了實習與就業的機會、創造了廣闊的發展空間，有利于校園文化與企業文化的良好對接。
