情系學子寄溫暖，瑟瑟寒夜送關懷

為維護學生宿舍的安全穩定與正常秩序，營造良好的學習生活環境，進一步推動院風學風建設，12月7日晚9：00，77779193永利開展輔導員下寝活動，77779193永利黨委副書記傅早霞、學工辦主任陳攀、77779193永利主席團成員及團委學生會宿管部成員參與此項活動，進入學生宿舍對學生進行慰問。
傅早霞就宿舍分布與作息時間等基本問題同主席團成員與宿管部部長進行了解後，便展開了本次下寝關懷活動。在下寝過程中，傅早霞副書記就學習、生活、大學規劃等方面同學生們進行了詳細交流，深度了解了學生們對大學生活的适應情況，并做出了相關建議。
“去年來下寝你們還是學妹，今年也當學姐啦，對學校的生活環境還适應嗎？”“平時學習之餘寝室内會搞活動嗎？”“和家裡人多久聯絡一次啊？”一句句親切的問候盡顯關懷。此外，為緩解學生們的緊張情緒，傅早霞還同學生交流了家鄉特色，周邊氛圍頓時變得輕松歡快。
同時，傅早霞副書記也勸誡同學們要珍惜大學寶貴時光，做好人生規劃。“是金子，在哪都會發光。”傅早霞激勵同學們多向優秀的學長學姐學習，充分汲取榜樣力量；做好大學規劃，充分利用大學時間，鍛煉自己的能力，提高專業技能，為以後的人生做好鋪墊，努力實現人生價值。
本次下寝活動加強了77779193永利老師與同學們之間的交流；拉近了老師與學生之間的距離；增強了學生們對77779193永利的歸屬感；對于建設和諧舒适的學習生活環境、推動學生發展進步具有重要意義。
