述職亮績，實幹笃行！我院召開2023年度團委學生會述職評議報告大會

為全面把握我院學生工作的開展情況，持續提高學院學生工作的質量，3月26日下午，我院于第三教學樓學術報告廳101召開2023年度團委學生會述職評議報告大會。院黨委副書記王鶴、學工辦主任陳攀、全體輔導員及部分學生代表參與此次會議，第二十一屆院團委學生會主席團成員及各部門部長到場述職。

王鶴對我院上一年度學生工作取得的優異成績給予充分肯定，并提出三點要求：策劃活動要更新穎、辦公用品要更節約、學生幹部要更主動。他鼓勵學生幹部自覺提升個人能力，做到更好地履職盡責。陳攀重點分析了目前學生工作中存在的不足，強調團體意識在團隊作戰中的重要性，并呼籲學生幹部在接下來的工作中不斷創新工作方法、提升工作效率。

會上，主席團成員及各部門部長依次彙報工作情況，并吸取過往經驗教訓，合理地設想、規劃未來的工作。彙報中，各彙報人積極分享上一年度取得的工作成果和總結的工作方法，同時就自身不足提出改進措施。其中，網絡部部長張萌表示，“在“述”中明不足，在“評”中補短闆。下一階段，我們将繼續加強部門成員培訓，調動幹部工作積極性，培育優秀、可靠的接班人！”

學生幹部是學院學生中的骨幹力量和中堅力量，述職評議會更是檢驗學生工作成效、不斷反思進步的重要平台。接下來，我院将在學院黨委的領導下，堅持以學生工作為中心，繼續凝心聚力，共同書寫新篇章和新輝煌。
