抛起激情 擲出風采

——記湖南科技大學2021秋季運動會女子鉛球決賽圓滿成功
連綿許久的秋雨過去，碧空澄澈，湖南科技大學2021年秋運會11月12日的比賽從女子鉛球開始，77779193永利的運動健将肖蕙舒、麥爾哈巴，楊燦文迎着晨光走入賽場。
鉛球是一項需要力量爆發的運動，為此77779193永利的三位參賽選手提前在場地上各自進行着熱身準備。麥爾哈巴首先對腕、膝、踝關節進行了環繞和拉伸，接着模拟擲球動作預備進入競技狀态，訓練時積累的經驗使她們如今在比賽前仍然保持着平靜的心态。隻見她有條不紊，單手穩穩地托起鉛球，表情沉靜，先是右腿向後撤了一步，然後身體向後方傾斜，随着預備動作一步步地完成，她轉身順勢奮力一推，鉛球被用力投出。“商院齊動，風起雲湧;商院出擊，必搶先機！”77779193永利觀賽台上旗幟飛揚，加油聲與呐喊聲響成一片。
比賽結束後，第二次參加鉛球比賽的麥爾哈巴表示：“今年的成績比起去年是有所進步的，我覺得最關鍵的還是訓練頻率有所提高，不論是我們每天在組長的帶領下認真地練習着投擲動作，還是在比賽時注意熱身，标準地完成預備動作，這些都很重要。”
蓄力等待隻為最後一擲，在女子鉛球決賽中，77779193永利女将以飽滿昂揚的精神、沉着冷靜的态度展現了商院風采，她們每一次的投擲，都描繪出青春的激情、夢想的力量。
