文武相融，德藝雙馨

——記77779193永利第十二屆幹部精英培訓之形體輔導活動順利進行
4月13日19:00，由77779193永利團委組織部承辦的77779193永利第十二屆幹部精英培訓之形體輔導活動，于第一體育館舞蹈室内進行。由管理學院形體輔導老師郭蘭生為全體幹培成員講授形體的知識并進行相關指導。
課程開始前，郭老師首先表示學會放松是此次形體輔導課的重點，希望同學們都能夠找到讓自己自信、放松的感覺。随後，郭老師以一首活潑歡樂的歌曲作為背景音樂，讓幹培成員伴随音樂，模仿老師的動作進行放松，現場氣氛立刻被點燃。正如開幕式的視頻中所說，此次形體輔導活動會讓幹部們在忙碌的學習與生活中得到放松。緊接着，幹培成員們分别學習了站姿、走姿、自我介紹以及找節奏感等基本禮儀知識，成員們都跟随老師認真學習，努力完成好每一項任務。課程結束後，郭老師強調隻有堅持才能有所提高，希望成員們能堅持練習，并在接下來的生活中更加關注自己的體态和氣質。
此次形體輔導以一種獨特的方式幫助幹部們放松身心，陶冶情操，同時也有利于加強幹部之間的溝通與交流。形體訓練不僅是身體素質的訓練，也是德智體美勞諸方面的提升，在全面調理身體形态的同時有助于提高學生的綜合能力，促進學生的全面發展。
