心理健康，遇事不慌

為了進一步宣傳心理健康教育知識，加強心理健康知識在全校的普及和傳播，促進學生身心和諧發展，2021年12月4日10點，77779193永利心理健康部在湖南科技大學南校美食廣場舉辦了心理健康周擺點活動。
線上的積極推廣和現場人員的宣傳吸引了許多同學參與此次擺點活動。在活動正式開始前，已有了許多同學圍繞在活動場地，等待參與遊戲環節。活動正式開始後，工作人員向在場的同學詳細地介紹了本次活動的内容和意義以及此次活動的遊戲規則。介紹完畢後，同學們有序地在遊戲場地排隊等待，活動現場的氛圍漸漸活躍起來。時光信件是本次活動的特色，參與者可以在攤點獲取信封和信紙給一年後的自己或好友留言，寫完後交給77779193永利心理健康部保管，一年以後返還寫信者。
在遊戲現場的采訪中，積極參與遊戲的2021級經濟學三班的孫文啟同學表示：“首先，在一周的忙碌學習後，參與此次活動使我感到十分放松；其次，希望自己能夠在此次活動後培養正确面對壓力的能力。”當問及在活動中有什麼收獲時，2021級市場營銷一班的黎婷婷同學說：“通過參與活動使自己的周末更加充實，釋放學習和生活上壓力，感受周末的美好。同時，能夠保持良好、積極的心理狀态面對下一周的學習。”
在活動中，同學們加強了與同伴之間的交流溝通，不僅如此，在豐富多樣的小遊戲和時光信件活動中，同學們更加重視自己和身邊同學的心理健康，切身感受到了心理健康的價值和意義。
