1.7萬餘個崗位招賢！湖南科技大學秋季供需見面會順利舉行

為貫徹落實黨中央、國務院“穩就業”、“保就業”的決策部署，促進高校畢業生高質量就業，10月28日上午，2024屆湖南科技大學秋季畢業生供需見面會于月湖廣場舉行。本次供需見面會共有341個省内外單位參會，提供1.7萬餘個就業崗位，涵蓋大專、本科、碩士、博士等多個學位層次。

供需見面會的高标準、新模式吸引了大量畢業生前來應聘。現場人頭攢動，氣氛熱烈。求職者與企業招聘人員面對面交流，直述需求，展示優勢。如火如荼的見面會現場不僅有畢業生求職的身影，還有許多非畢業生前來了解招聘信息。22級電子商務專業三班謝麗君說道：“招聘會讓我提前了解企業對于人才的需求，能幫助我合理規劃今後的學習方向。”

此次供需見面會不僅包含傳統的現場招聘方式，還結合互聯網技術，實現了線上線下同步進行。我院就業服務部學生幹部梁靜瑩介紹到，我院推出了簡曆問診、面試技巧培訓、問卷調查等一系列特色服務，幫助畢業生對接企業需求，為他們提供全方位的就業支持。

本次供需見面會為用人單位和廣大畢業生搭建了優質精準的就業服務平台。下一步，學校将繼續開展訪企拓崗促就業專項行動，舉辦各類招聘活動，拓展就業市場，為畢業生提供多元化的就業選擇，幫助畢業生早就業、好就業。
