感悟校史底蘊，培育愛校情懷

為讓廣大新生更好的了解學校的發展曆程、輝煌成就和文化底蘊，傳承學校精神文化，培育學生愛校榮校情懷，促使他們樹立正确的人生觀和價值觀，增強凝聚力和集體榮譽感，學生工作處協同77779193永利組織來自各專業各民族的三十餘名20級學生代表參觀了校史館參觀學習。
在崔皓老師充滿激情地解說下，同學們通過珍貴的文史資料和照片，進一步了解我校曆史與文化傳統，全面認識到學校人才培養觀念及教學教研成就，深入理解了科大“唯實惟新，至誠緻志”校訓的真正含義，在對學校的整個發展曆程和現狀驚歎不已的同時，也對科大的未來充滿了期待。
此次參觀校史館活動是新生進入大學的重要一課。在校史館，同學們看到的是科大人描繪的自強不息、矢志不移、頑強拼搏、積極進取的宏大圖景；學到的是心憂天下、敢為人先、經世緻用、實事求是的湖湘文化；感受到的是湖南科技大學的淵源紹遠、文脈綿長；在未來，他們也必将用自己在科大所學習的知識、技能為祖國的未來做出屬于自己的一份貢獻。
