陽光心靈，從心出發

——湖南科技大學77779193永利心理健康周擺點活動順利進行
為營造良好的校園心理教育氛圍，引導大學生們更好掌握心理健康知識、促進身心健康，12月3日中午11時40分，77779193永利心理健康教育服務部于美食廣場前舉辦了以“陽光心靈·從心出發”為主題的擺點宣傳活動。
由于前期已做好充分宣傳準備，在活動開始時已有許多同學積極參與其中，各種豐富獎品和有趣遊戲更是吸引了更多同學加入該活動。在參與 “博古通今”遊戲過程中，同學們不僅在其中感受到了快樂，還了解了心理學知識。“默契大考驗”遊戲通過你來比劃我來猜的遊戲形式，提高了朋友之間的默契度，進一步增進雙方感情。最有受歡迎的遊戲，便是“心靈郵差”了。據了解，在前三年舉辦的“心靈郵差——給一年後的自己或他/她的一封信”活動中，同學們對此反響熱烈，并且大力支持。所以在今年，擺點宣傳活動延續感動，一同見證同學們在今後一年的成長。每位寫信的同學帶着對未來的憧憬與向往，書寫對未來的自己一封信，将其投入郵箱，等待明年的來信。除此自外，還有“背丢毽子”、“言行不一”等遊戲，在活動場上，每位同學的臉上都洋溢着燦爛的笑容，氣氛很是活躍。
“我非常喜歡該活動，不僅可以玩玩小遊戲，放松心情，獲得禮品，還可以通過參與遊戲，了解心理健康知識，受益頗多。期待明年心靈郵差的來信，這樣我能夠見證明年更好的自己，希望不負年華，不忘初心，方得始終。”在活動結束之後，19級電商3班王妍說道。
