【2022年秋運會賽事直通車】培訓增技能，溝通化難疑

——記77779193永利第二課堂系統工作培訓順利完成
為增進77779193永利各部門、班級對第二課堂的了解，保障第二課堂後續工作的順利開展，10月28日19：00，77779193永利第二課堂成績單服務部于第三教學樓101教室進行第二課堂培訓工作。77779193永利學工辦副主任兼團委書記崔皓莅臨培訓現場，77779193永利團委學生會主要學生幹部、各學生社團社長和班級負責人參與了本次活動。
崔皓首先上台講話，他對第二課堂的含義進行了生動的闡述，表達了對第二課堂活動的重視。同時，他也希望同學們能夠利用業餘時間參加更多課外活動，努力成為德智體美勞全面發展的新時代大學生。借助優質的PPT，第二課堂幹事楊文麗、萬依靈分别從第二課堂的重要性、日常工作、活動申請人任務、PC端和移動端、常見問題這五個方面為出席活動的人員進行細緻地講解。在兩位幹事發言的基礎上，第二課堂副部長肖希瑤、劉慧首先對大家能參與此次培訓表示衷心地感謝，随後就QQ群和現場參與培訓人員提出的問題進行耐心地解答。
本次培訓工作可以有效增強商院各部門對第二課堂工作的認識，方便後續學院活動順利進行。同時，它也調動了學生幹部的工作熱情，為促進我校學生全面發展貢獻一份力量。
