激發創新動能，釋放創業潛力——記湖南科技大學創新創業大講堂“第五十一講”順利舉行

為增強學生的科技創新意識，提高自主創業能力，幫助學生穩定就業，推動創業，10月24日下午，由創新創業學院主辦，我院承辦的創新創業大講堂“第五十一講”于第三教學樓101報告廳舉行。

本次講座的特邀講師——任高麗，是湖南科技大學我院2005級校友，也是貴州考吧易德教育咨詢、廣西考吧教育咨詢等多家有限公司創始人，擁有14年教育培訓的經曆，是一位教學經驗豐富的教育者。

任高麗就人才儲備、競争壓力兩方面為學生做出深刻的就業形勢分析。根據一系列數據報道顯示，疫情對經濟發展造成的嚴重影響，使不少企業陷入發展困境，與此同時，高校應屆畢業生數量仍呈增長趨勢，人才儲備處于過剩狀态，多重因素緻使就業市場競争日益激烈。任高麗指出，公職類穩定性高，福利待遇好，發展前景廣闊，相對于其他行業具有顯著優勢，是在就業環境日益嚴峻情況下的不錯選擇。

任高麗根據我院學生的專業，向學生介紹了銀行的工作内容。他列舉了銀行的種類、各銀行的秋招時間和具體要求，并就銀行筆試考情考務做了具體的講解，讓同學們了解到進入銀行需要培養何種能力，幫助同學們明确以後的發展方向。

活動尾聲，學生積極向講師提問有關考研就業的相關問題，任高麗從專家的角度對此一一解答，現場氛圍十分活躍。此次活動有助于學生解疑惑、拓眼界、明方向，幫助學生在正确道路上鍛煉自身的能力，以便在未來工作中專業對的上，能力跟的上。
