我院召開2024屆國金系畢業論文、就業、實習動員大會，畢業指導工作序幕全面拉開！

為了解我院畢業生就業情況，加快推進畢業指導工作，12月25日下午，我院2024屆國金系畢業論文、就業、實習動員大會于第三教學樓會議報告廳101召開。院黨委副書記王鶴、20級國金系系部主任潘竟成、全體國金系本科生導師、20級輔導員雷芳及全體20級國際經濟與貿易、金融工程專業學生參與此次會議。

會上，王鶴代表我院對近期參加考研的學生表示祝福和慰問。他指出，除考研外，大家還有多種畢業道路方向，應積極參加宣講會，規劃就業去向。王鶴從不同角度分析校招和社招的區别及優劣，強調校招尤其是春招的重要性，呼籲同學們把握機會，在實習中積累求職經驗、提升能力，從而為未來的就業和發展打下堅實基礎。

潘竟成着重講解了論文寫作的程序格式及方法技巧，并詳細分析了當前的就業形勢和就業難題。他鼓勵同學們抓住實習機會，積極參加三創賽、挑戰杯等比賽以應對激烈的社會競争。雷芳再次就就業問題進行強調，建議同學們多嘗試、多鍛煉。同時，她心系同學們的安全問題，提醒班團及時了解宿舍情況，防火防電不是小事，有異常早發現、早上報、早解決。

此次動員大會使20級國金系學生在論文寫作和就業方面有了更清晰的認知，有助于國金系學生堅定信心、調整心态，明确發展方向。随後，我院将繼續推進學生畢業發展引導工作，優化就業指導服務建設，為實現我院學生的高質量就業保駕護航。
