我院“HR大講堂”第四期：大漢集團人力資源總監馮宴講解人力資源管理升級之路

4月23日下午，我院“HR大講堂”第四期在第三教學樓101學術報告廳開講。大漢集團人力資源總監兼長沙悅小企科技有限公司總經理馮宴為我校77779193永利學生講解“大漢集團——人力資源管理升級之路。”本次講堂由我院人力資源管理系系主任郭雲貴主持，近100名學生聆聽了講座。

馮宴和同學們做了一個小遊戲，讓同學們将左手放在右手上，同時右手向後轉到自身極限，以幫助同學們醒神。随後她向同學們介紹了大漢集團在時代浪潮中如何進行人力資源管理的轉型升級。馮宴着重介紹了大漢集團的數字化轉型過程和數字化人力資源管理實踐，強調了人力資源工作者應具備的專業素養，以激勵同學們努力學習專業知識，并在未來利用專業知識開辟職業發展道路。

臨近尾聲，馮宴重提開始時的遊戲，希望同學們通過該遊戲能夠明白在理解事物以後能夠比沒理解時做的更好，人生沒有極限，激勵同學們勇于挑戰自己，不輕言放棄。通過這次講座，同學們深刻體會到時代在進步，人力資源管理也在不斷發展，隻有加強學習才能适應時代需求。

最後，馮宴就在企業中成為哪一類型的人才和未來學習的方向等問題與同學們互動交流，為同學們進行詳細剖析解答，獲得同學們的熱烈掌聲。
