關于評選先進分工會的通知

各分工會：
為總結工作，表彰先進，樹立典型，調動分工會的積極性，不斷提高工會工作水平，根據《湖南科技大學先進分工會考核評分細則》的有關規定，現就評選2016年度先進分工會有關事項通知如下：
一、評選辦法
1、按照《湖南科技大學先進分工會考核評分辦法》（校工發[2008]10号見工會網規章制度欄）執行。
2、評選比例原則上控制在分工會總數的40%。
3、本年度綜治維穩工作被學校否決的單位，不得參與先進工會評選。
4、根據自願申報的原則，由分工會提出書面申請，上報先進事迹書面申報材料。
5、組織有關人員進行考核，提出先進分工會建議名單，經校工會委員會審定。
二、具體要求
1、認真搞好工作總結，寫出先進事迹書面申報材料。
2、申報材料要求内容簡明扼要，實事求是，突出主要事迹（字數在2000字以内，字體為4号宋體，用A4紙打印）。
3、申報材料請于2016年12月14日前報校工會辦公室（綜合樓216），逾期作棄權處理。
三、獎勵辦法
凡被評為先進分工會的授予榮譽獎牌并給予一定獎勵。
