2023年11月28日，77779193永利黨委理論學習中心組在三教301會議室召開“學習習近平總書記關于黨的建設的重要思想，以高質量黨建引領學院高質量發展”專題學習會議。院黨委書記葉文忠主持會議，院黨委理論學習中心組成員參加會議。
葉文忠指出，全體黨員領導幹部要全面學習把握習近平總書記關于黨的建設的重要思想，進一步推進黨的建設和組織工作高質量發展，不斷提升學院黨建工作制度化、規範化、科學化水平，以高質量黨建促進學院高質量發展。

葉文忠強調，要以習近平總書記關于嚴肅黨内政治生活的重要講話和重要指示批示精神為指導，精準把握發揚黨内民主、加強黨内監督、依靠領導班子自身力量解決矛盾和問題的功能定位，高質量做好本年度相關工作。全體黨員領導幹部要結學院發展和工作實際，對習近平總書記關于黨的建設重要思想再學習、再領會、再落實，要高質量推動學院發展，堅持以正确的政績觀鼓實勁、亮實招、務實功。
本次黨委理論中心組學習由院黨委副書記王鶴作中心發言，院專職組織員蔡美玲領學。與會其他人員也紛紛結合個人工作實際，就如何“學習習近平總書記關于黨的建設的重要思想，以高質量黨建引領學院高質量發展”進行了深入交流探讨。
