關于召開專題組織生活會的通知

各直屬黨委（黨總支部）：
為全面貫徹落實黨要管黨、從嚴治黨要求和學校第二次黨代會精神，校黨委決定全校黨支部在3月份召開一次專題組織生活會。現将有關事項通知如下：
一、組織生活會的主要内容
1.深入學習貫徹學校第二次黨代會精神
黨支部要組織全體黨員深入學習學校第二次黨代會精神和學校2016年工作會議精神，進一步提高認識、統一思想，增強政治意識、大局意識、核心意識、看齊意識。每位黨員都要結合實際，就本單位如何深化改革、如何進行學科專業調整、如何提高管理服務水平和個人如何參與支持改革開展讨論、發言并表态。
2.開展民主評議黨員工作
按照校黨委《關于深入開展民主評議黨員和處置不合格黨員工作的實施辦法》的要求，認真組織開展民主評議黨員。
3.繼續開好“三嚴三實”專題組織生活會
根據學校《關于開好“三嚴三實”專題民主生活會的通知》（科大黨發〔2015〕35号），尚未召開“三嚴三實”專題組織生活會的黨支部，可結合這次專題組織生活會進行。
二、有關要求
1.專題組織生活會在3月20前完成，學校将派出檢查組就此項工作進行專項檢查并将檢查情況進行通報。
2.各級黨組織要高度重視、精心組織，确保專題組織生活會取得實效。同時，要明确專人做好詳細記錄。
